Drowse ("we", "our", "the app") is a sleep sounds and night light app for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, what we don't, and how your information is handled.
Drowse collects minimal, anonymous usage analytics through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. This includes:

This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud sync enabled.
Drowse uses background audio to continue playing sounds when the screen is off or the app is in the background. No data is collected during background audio playback.
If you enable iCloud sync on your device, your saved presets and settings may sync across your Apple devices via Apple's iCloud service. This data is handled entirely by Apple under their privacy policy. We do not operate any servers and have no access to your iCloud data.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.
Drowse does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we do not collect personal data from any users, the app is safe for use by all ages.
All app data (presets, settings) is stored locally on your device and persists until you delete the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, synced data is retained per Apple's iCloud policies. TelemetryDeck retains anonymous analytics data per their retention policy. Drowse does not operate any servers or server-side databases.
Under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy regulations, you have rights to access, delete, and port your personal data. Since Drowse does not collect any personal data or maintain user accounts, there is no personal data for us to provide, delete, or transfer.
